Short of buying a rally car and entering yourself, there are two great ways to get involved with this exciting rally.

Volunteer to help the rally

Imagine counting down rally motorcycles and cars at the start line with "5 4 3 2 1 GO!!" Or how about working with the sweep vehicles, being first on the scene to pull out crashed rally competitors? Or marshal a closed intersection and get a private view of the rally cars that no spectator gets to see. Plus, you get to meet all the drivers, navigators and riders at the awards party! Volunteer to help a particular team as their crew

Connecting to a rally team may take a bit more initiative on your part. Some teams may post online that they are looking for crew to help at the event. Contact the Organizer about your interest. If you like working with a particular kind of car or you have a unique mechanical skill, this can be a fun option for your weekend!
